Value Adding Partnerships

IT MDI-Energy intends to work closely with industry and all levels of Government to form Value Adding Partnerships (VAPs) and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in order to develop new value chains and contribute to a rapid and necessary shift away from the current dependence on fossil fuels and towards 100% sustainability.

A unique joint venture between IT-Mondial, MDI and a number of business people and investors focused on the development of the Australasian markets for the ITMDI ICET Package.

This initiative has been over three decades in the making. Globally MDI has already entered into over 40 licence relationships, however, IT MDI‑Energy is the only joint venture with MDI.

IT-Mondial: IT-Mondial Pty Ltd of Australia (ACN 109 947 462) is the 100% owned global commercial arm of IndraNet Technologies Limited (ITL). Created in 1998, ITL is the developer of the advanced IndraNet broadband mesh communication technology (FraMe) enabling revolutionary Networked Infrastructures for Communications, Energy and Transport of Data via IndraNet FraMe broadband networks, Energy through Intelligent Power Networks enabled by IndraNet FraMes and incorporating MDI’s power generation technology, Goods and People through networked advanced MDI zero emission vehicles

ITL is in the early stages of global commercialisation of its patented portfolio of network technologies.

MDI Moteur Development International s.a. of France and Luxemburg. Created in 1991, MDI is the developer of the new MDI thermodynamic cycle enabling high efficiency power generation and automotive globally patented applications. MDI commercialises its technology through turn-key licence/franchise manufacturing agreements.

Our Business

Sustainable transition to efficiency

Combining IndraNet advanced mesh networking with MDI low cost harvesting of solar energy to shift from 20% efficiency to 80% efficiency working toward achieving a100% sustainable solar-based society. We will design and deploy a new class of networked information, communication, energy and transport (ICET) infrastructures. Solutions for the transport of data, energy, goods and people.

Extremely Competitive BOOT Model

The BOOT (Build, partly and jointly Own, Operate, and Transfer) model is a novel and extremely competitive business model for the manufacture and deployment of our networked solutions. Manufacturing plants will initially be IT MDI-Energy licensed-franchised turnkey agencies, with local investors who become joint venture owners.

Technology Substitution

When an existing or legacy technology is substituted for by a new technology, the new technology acts as a Change Agent. Decades ago IBM introduced the PC. This move quickly led to the substitution of a few huge mainframes with billions of PC computers distributed in homes and businesses. IT MDI – Energy aims to achieve the same with distributed power generation, communications, vehicle manufacturing and transport.
